After Episode 1 ends, I will post more information about this new development. It's a simpler system, in my opinion, but it's up to you guys whether or not to implement it.

Basically, the character template is as follows:

Racial Disadvantage: (Humanoid animals have a weakness in controlling large amounts of Ki at any given moment...)

Health: 1,000
(Power Level is always Strength + Speed + Ki + Defense; you decide where it goes as your PL increases; Health is fixed at 1/10th of your PL.
Strength is physical attacks, Speed is for move order and determines how often you can use "dodge", Ki is how much Ki you have to use for Ki attacks and upkeep for transforfmations. Defense is part of how much damage you can withstand. If Health falls to 0, unconsciousness follows. One hit after that and you're dead)

Condition: (Will find rules for this soon)

Attacks List:
You get two customs (make your own) and one regular. Ki cost for these attacks cannot, however, exceed 300.

Transformations:
As before, everyone would start with the Kaioken, and Zach and Drew would also have the FSSJ Super level unlocked.

How training would work:
If you're alive, you can choose from the following:
Easy - 8% increase in PL unless RP'd; can learn 0 new attacks (pre-made or custom)
Medium - 16% increase in PL unless RP'd; can learn 1 new attack (pre-made or custom)
Hard - 32% increase in PL unless RP'd; can learn 2 new attacks (pre-made or custom)
Super Hard - 64% increase in PL unless RP'd; can learn 3 new attacks (pre-made or custom)

Roleplaying out the training could earn you a little extra boost.

Battles would work in that each player can only attack once a turn, and the defender is able to choose whether or not it hits. The defender, however MUST BE REASONABLE! HE OR SHE CAN NOT BLOCK OR DODGE EVERY DAMN ATTACK. Dodging can only be done 1 attack out of 10, unless your Speed > your enemy's.

Blocking means that you chip whatever damage you took in half. You can only do this 2 in every 5 turns, regardless of how much your speed or defense is over your enemy's stats.

IF your Speed is 5% higher than the attacker's Speed, you may dodge 1 extra attack out of 10
10%, 2
15% 3
20+%, 4.

You can block or dodge and attack in the same turn.
Movement is not even an action.
Item usage, retriving a weapon, and physical or ki attacks all take up one turn.
Donating energy to a spirit bomb is not considered your whole turn.

Description:Makuta compresses a large amount of Ki built up inside this body and changes it into a dragon-shaped fireball.

Lightning Release: Lightning Redirection:

Health Cost: x2 of the Lightning attacks original strength if failed.
Description: If someone throws a attack of a electric nature Makuta can redirect it with twice the power. Flip a coin, Heads: Redirect the attack with twice the damage (does not need to be redirected at the person who first launched it) Tails: The redirection fails and Makuta take twice of the attacks original damage and cannot attack for one round.

Multi-Form
Ki Cost: 150 per clone created, 15 Ki thereafter to maintain.
Description: Makuta clones himself. For each clone, his stats are at 75% per clone (4 clones would be (.75x.75x.75) to his stats).

Health Cost: 2% per level used (a ten-fold Kaioken would cost 20% of current HP)
Ki Cost: 20 times level to activate, 20 times level thereafter to maintain.

Alright, the only thing wrong here is the numbers on Ralick and Tai Ma.

Everyone starts at 100,000. Which means that any Saiyan can go FSSJ provided the correct conditions are met (I will send a message your way somewhere that says "Hey, your character is able to turn FSSJ".)

Also, LSWBeast, your numbers are a bit off anyway. I will correct these numbers if you wish me to, since I plan to start the new episode Wednesday, June 15, 2011.

You can have up to seven attacks, whether or not they are from the show is your choice. The max transformation is False Super Saiyan, and only Zach and Drew, being NPCs, are able to access that transformation without any hassle, given what story the beta's story is based off of.

The Saiyan Disadvantage is Foolish Pride, which can be seen above. For people with Good hearts, it's more of a "sentimental" thing, because Goku is by no means prideful. Drew on the other hand, is.

Ki Cost for your seven beta attacks can't exceed 1,000.

Anthropomorphic Animals:
Advantage: Specialty: In a serious battle, a chosen stat goes up by 5%. For example, Sonic's specialty is Speed. However, once your hedgehog's/fox's/echidna's/etc. specialty is chosen, it can't be changed. Sonic can't change his specialty from Speed to Strength whenever he wishes.
Disadvantage: Poor Ki Manipulation: Unless a Chaos Emerald or Chaos Drive is held or used by a character, Ki attacks with a cost of 2,000 or more will force the animal to rest for one post (after the attack is done).


This is a beta for what the animals would have in the RPG. They will appear after Corey gets dimensionally swapped.

Infinite Ki model: Unlimited Ki, do not need to spend any points here at all.
Energy Absorber model: Able to leech Ki or life out of an opponent, at no cost. Also able to absorb energy attacks instead of dodging (same rules apply)

Disadvantage: Dependent on model
Infinite Ki model: Blind Pride: When Opponent's HP drops below 50%, opponent does 5% more damage (see: #17)
Energy Absorber model: Ki does not get recharged as a result of a healing item.

Combat Inhibitment Field: This attack will affect an area and all objects caught within that area are completely paralyzed. The objects trapped remain conscious but cannot move or attack. Anything outside the area of effect can still attack, and those trapped cannot dodge, parry, or use any combat actions. Ki Shield can still be used to block attacks, and Teleport techniques can still be used to escape from the area of effect. Any spells that only require a mental thought can still be used, but those trapped cannot speak, so any spells and psionic powers that require verbal commands cannot be used.

The user however, must dedicate themselves to the task in order to keep it active. Leaving the user vulnerable to opponets outside the field

Ki cost: 700 per post sustained.

Transformations:
Overdrive Core (Kaioken equivalent) Must be reactivated every 15 posts made by the player

Alright...

The Ki costs of your attacks will be done in a moment. it is pointless, yes, but Ki used is used for damage calculation.

Your Strength, Speed, and Defense have to add up to 100,000. Health is always 1/10th of your PL (at base).

As for the Combat field thing, that's fine, but I would think there had to be some drawback to the user as well (maybe having to sustain the field, only using melee attacks or else the field would dispel?)

Your Overdrive Core lasts 15 posts (your posts) before you have to re-activate it again, in an attempt to balance off the Kaioken/Overdrive Core sort of thing. It functions the same way as the Kaioken does.

Bio: Shade is tank (TK's OC) little brother, he tinds to get frustrated with tank alot also his eyes are red and has long red spines with 2 red bangs.

Disadvantage: Anger problems,some times Shade can tend to get too angry and completley miss opponents with his attacks

Description-Shade charges and releases a all around blast of raw Chaos Energy.

Rock Smash
Ki Cost- 400
Description-Shade simply pull a large boulder out of the ground throws it at the target.

Flare Fists
Ki Cost-300 to create, 30 per post to maintain
Description-Shade covers his hands in flames to increase the damage of his physical attacks.

Chaos Flash
Ki Cost-800
Description-Shade charges a Final Flash and while charging he mixes it with Chaos Energy creating Chaos Flash.

Spilt Form
Ki Cost: 150 to create, 15 thereafter to maintain
Description: Shade clones himself

Description: A two-handed version of the Galick Gun used by Vegeta. When he uses it, Vegeta pulls his hands back to his sides and charges a Galick Gun in each hand. Then, he fires them forward so that they merge into one large Galick Gun wave, inflicting a large amount of damage.

Description: A two-handed version of the Galick Gun used by Vegeta. When he uses it, Vegeta pulls his hands back to his sides and charges a Galick Gun in each hand. Then, he fires them forward so that they merge into one large Galick Gun wave, inflicting a large amount of damage.

Grand Smasher
Ki Cost: 450
Description: Bojack's signature move that is usable in both his base and super form. First, Bojack raises his hand toward the opponent and forms a big, bright-green energy sphere and says "Off you go!". Then, he fires the attack at his opponent by drawing his hand a little backwards, only to thrust it forward at high speed. The Grand Smasher flies at the opponent in form of a big, green ball with a short, green flaming tail, inflicting a huge amount of damage.

Super Kamehameha Wave
Ki cost: 675
Description: The advanced version of the Kamehameha. Like many variants, the fundamentals for this technique are no different from a regular Kamehameha. The only defining trait with the Super Kamehameha is greater ki generation, which, interestingly in itself, is enough to generate light from the energy source while the attack is being prepared.
