General Race Info
Humans
Base PL Gain
Battle Gains: 100%
Training Gains: 120% (x1.2)
Racial Abilities
Hax Moves: This race is granted the ability to make moves/upgrade moves for less PL spent (case in point, Tien and Krillin. And to some extent, Yamcha too.)
Humanoid Animals
Base PL Gain
Battle Gains: 105% (x1.05)
Training Gains: 105% (x1.05)
Racial Abilities
Natural Chaos Manipulation: The Super forms function slightly differently for this species (see Super Transformation)
Specialty Boost: Select ATK, DEF, HP, or SPD and it will be boosted by 5% when in a serious battle.
Saiyans
Base PL Gain
Battle Gains: 140% (x1.4)
Training Gains: 90% (x0.9)
Racial Abilities
Zenkai: Boost depends on how low your HP drops/plot of current saga.
Tail Weakness: If the Saiyan retains his or her tail, he or she are vulnerable to a tail grab. In addition, their base DEF is cut by 25%.

Racial Abilities
Regeneration - See the "Regeneration" skill in the abilities list. They also passively regenerate 5% HP without it, and regenerate at twice the rate (10% health back per BS used, still -5% ATK/SPD per BS used). They can also regenerate fully at the cost of 30% of all their stats.

Androids
Base PL Gain
None - Gain battle data which is traded in for either Power Level, new skills, upgrades, or (if Energy Absorber), additional Blast Stocks
Racial Abilities
Type I - Infinite Energy: Have unlimited Blast Stocks, always treated as if it has a certain amount of BS's.
Type II - Energy Absorber: Have limited Blast Stocks, get a set maximum at the creation.
- Absorption/Reflection: Activated automatically, but have a cool-down time of X turns (X = the Blast Stocks absorbed/reflected)
- Leech Life: Used like any other attack. HP absorbed can either be added to current HP, or to PL (stats re-calculated accordingly), or to Blast Stocks.
Both - Overdrive Core (Increase stats by a certain amount, but HP is drained by a certain amount per turn (dependent on the multiplier).

My take on it...
Saiyan/Distorter Hybrid

Tail Weakness: If the Saiyan/Distorter retains his or her Saiyan tail, he or she are vulnerable to a tail grab. In addition, their base DEF is cut by 25%.
Energy Absrobation: Used like any other attack. HP absorbed can either be added to current HP, or to PL (stats re-calculated accordingly), or to Blast Stocks. Used the same as a Andriods, but not as much energy is absorbed.
Last Resort: When HP is under 10%, ATK,DEF, and SPD are increased by 5% for three rounds.After three rounds he or she's stats return to normal and he or she is unable to attack for one round.

Ki Form: The ability to be ONE with nature. Body becomes a silhouette with the color of their natural aura. (Multipliers vary from 1-10)
