Makuta's Training RP: Heritage Arc Post Episode #14

Makuta had been pondering a way to increase his powers further at a quicker rate. But his mind was a blank, and he decided to focus on a different aspect of his ability's.

After seeing the power of Zach's Chidori years ago, it became clear elemental type attacks have a great offensive potential. Terra's even greater control over the Earth element showed the offensive as well to a lesser degree, but also the great Defensive role it can play. The young Corey also had a rarely used affinity for the Fire element, and Jasper as well. Though being an Android, Jasper's elemental control is vastly different then a living beings. Makuta had seen Drew use attacks of Ice, but upon questioning the Saiyan revealed his element was Water, but he developed a way to harness it in the form of Ice for Drew's fighting style of balancing attack and defense. Alicia controlled Water, as seen in many of there missions in the School Wars. Tai Ma had some form of control over all of these, as well as the element of Wind in which Makuta hadn't seen from anyone else, though his main focus was obviously Fire. And of course there was Streak, who had great mastery over Lightning.

"Fire,Water,Wind,Earth, and Lightning. The five 'elemental natures'. But which am I..." Makuta pondered to himself. It was once again a day for Makuta to leave Kale to his own training, while the Namekian trained himself. Kale was no doubt off training his swordsmanship, which Makuta had no aptitude for.

And so Makuta entered meditation, searching deep within himself in attempt to bring his element out. Seconds, minutes, hours passed without any result.

He seemed to be walking across a grassy plain with no particular distinct features. A blue sky, and soundless landscape that stretched for an eternity.

It had been a whole day of meditation, and Makuta was deeper within himself then he had ever been. Moments before releasing the meditation, Makuta found two objects in the stretch of land. To glowing orbs, one a light blue and the other a greyish brown.

The Namekian awoke from his meditation, now standing on his two feet. A spiral of two streams of water flowed in a double helix around him. Several medium sized rocks did likewise. He felt his strength leave him as more water and rocks added themselves to the anomalie. Makuta cut off the energy, and the events surrounding him stopped.

Makuta had finnaly discovered his elements! Not just a single element for him to control but two. He had Earth and Water at his fingertips, but he still needed to master the two. But just as he thought on this, another urge hit him. Something in the back of his mind gave him an idea.

He raised both hands, and channeled his ki.

"Water in my left..Earth in my right..." Makuta said, and he slammed his hands together, the two converging in front of his chest. Mixing the two elemental energies, Makuta channeled it and the earth shook a bit.

Members of Group 1 converged at the training site to start there training for the day, only to notice something at the highest level of the site.

"I don't remember the forest peeking out so far..."

"Yeah, those trees weren't there before."

The top level of the training site had indeed gained a patch of moderately tall trees, and sitting on the top of one was Makuta, arms crossed. A confident smile of victory on his face.

OOC: Had to make Makuta discovering his elements at least somewhat similar to Rolf discovering his. So yeah, Makuta spends his Pl of this fight learning Water Element, Earth Element, and the more powerful Wood Element which obviously is a combination of the two. First two would have the same stats as Jaspers Fire Element, and Wood Element being stronger . Attacks work in battle as a generic Elemental attack.

Once again, no real problems here.
